Shipping and Handling

We understand that you would like your artwork as soon as possible and will do our best to get it to you as soon as we can! However please remember that all items are printed to order. Please allow up to 21 days for orders to be shipped.

All local orders are shipped using Australia Post and Pack & Send (depending on size of print) include tracking. 

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of dispatch please email hello@bethgibbeson.com so we can investigate the whereabouts of the delivery.

If you have a specific requirement regarding the final date of delivery, be sure to let us know and we will work as hard as possible to achieve this for you!

International Delivery

Shipping is calculated via weight and charged accordingly. For International delivery, we use Australia Post for smaller items and Pack & Send for larger items.

Once the item has left the studio you will be notified with a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive your order within 14 working days (depending on your location) of your dispatch, please email hello@bethgibbeson so we can investigate its whereabouts.

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which will be an additional charge to you. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. If an order is refused by your country, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.

If you have not received an email containing your tracking number, be sure to check your junk or spam folder, and if you are still unable to locate this, please email hello@bethgibbeson.com
