FAQ – Beth Gibbeson



How do I handle my print?

All prints are handled with extreme care by the printers and Beth Gibbeson and carefully placed in heavy duty tubes wrapped in archival polypropylene plastic for packaging. As the prints are very delicate we recommend the unpacking and handling of print done by a professional framer. Any creases, marks or other imperfections due to not being careful with your print is not the responsibility of Beth Gibbeson.

What is the quality of the print?

Beth Gibbeson's original paintings are professionally photographed providing the highest quality image for reproduction. All prints are Pigment Ink Print on Archival Paper being of the highest quality available. 

What is a limited Edition?

A limited edition will be a specific number of each print released. Once an edition is sold out, there will be no further editions made available again.

Each print is hand signed and numbered by Beth Gibbeson and also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Does my print come framed?

No. All prints come unframed. Beth uses framers in Melbourne that offer great prices. If you would like a recommended framer please email hello@bethgibbeson.com so we can help you with this. 

All dimensions of the prints represent the dimensions of the image only. The actual paper size will be larger as the prints come with a border for framing purposes. Please be mindful that once your print is framed the overall size will increase that ends up hanging on your wall.

What if I change my mind?

Beth Gibbeson does not offer exchange for change of mind so please be aware of this when shopping.

If you are not satisfied with your print please let us know via email hello@bethgibbeson.com within 3 days of receipt of the item with reasons why.

Due to the delicate nature of the prints we ask that the print be carefully rolled back in an appropriate tube with its original wrapping. Beth Gibbeson will not be responsible for any damages to the print if packed inappropriately. Until items has been returned upon receipt they still remain in your property. 

Shipping costs for returning purchases is the responsibility of the customer.

Yes! All of Beth Gibbeson's prints are available for this Big Wide World to purchase. Please visit the shipping and handling page for further details. 

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 21 days to receive your print. All prints are printed to order, hand signed and numbered by the Beth Gibbeson. We will do our best to get your print to you as soon as we can but please be patient.
